Refused to credit back to me my unused credits that purchased in good faith. It allowed me time to ensure the service was right for my needs and really see the benefits for the company before making a commitment to it.

Doesn’t work for my business having an inadequate service Messages would not load on phone. Could not cut and paste it would crash . I called customer service multiple times and texted and emailed for support.
