Life is Beautiful is the name of a 3-day long cultural festival held in downtown Las Vegas. The event features musical performances, artworks, culinary creations, and new ideas in various genres. The event promoters had a subscriber list of around 200,000 as of about two years ago, but were struggling with the challenge of being limited by their existing SMS service, to messaging only a small percentage of the contacts on their list at once, and they could not engage in 1-on-1 communications with fans.     + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review The software that made everything too simple it's so simple to the extent that we to give it a credit of not switching to another product. The computerized message reaction component works to outright flawlessness. For the first time of utilizing it to draw in respondents for our post-graduate apprenticeship exploration, I was a piece incredulous and prescribed only one standard reaction to each answer we got - - expressing gratitude toward them for connecting and promising to get back to them.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review Very difficult to send images. The software would not allow us to upload images on an Android or Apple device. I tried multiple times to find a solution from SimpleTexting about the issue, and customer service always gave me the run-around and acted like it wasn't a problem.

    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review We had tried three options simultaneously and picked SimpleTexting because it has so many integrations that are easy to use. We are able to do giveaway contests, collect data, it integrates with our email software - really, they are the pros and have figured out what most clients need from the start.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review I somehow cannot reply to texts from my contacts. I wish we could easily update keywords and campaign, it's as easy as allowing users to open keywords in a different tab. I wish there was the ability to do more elaborate text automations.

    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review We use our SimpleTexting subscription with our ATS system, BrightMove. This is something we had integrated to easily text candidates directly from the ATS. It works great and send communications promptly once you hit send. Customer Service team is great for any issues you may have.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review Have had issues with functionality with sending campaigns, doesn't offer open rates, times, or reporting which I feel is important to marketing/communication programs like this. I need to know how many opened versus deleted without opening.

    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review Simple Texting is easy to learn to use. Once you set up your first few Keywords and Campaigns, it's so easy to continue on your way. If you do run into questions, I've found that the Chat option is a quick and easy way to connect with a real person. If they are running behind due to a surge, they tell you that right away so you can decide to stay connected and show a little patience or come back later.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review Simple Texting's integration is labor-intensive for the client. I also felt that there were often issues with carrier blockages where messages weren't being delivered or numbers were being reported as invalid.
