So many people filter their phone calls that most of phone calls to customers go to their voicemail and then we wait hours or days for replies. Using Podium to text customers generally gets us a reply within minutes.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review We have been a Podium customer for almost 3 years and really liked the product. Podium changed something in their system 2 months ago became a huge problem for us. We started getting Google Messages for service through Podium from customers across the country, the only problem is we do not service the entire country, we only service 4 counties in Norther California.
