    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review It allows me to send out 400 plus texts to our sports league in a matter of seconds. It's reliable. It's easy to add new participants, without a long barrier of entry for the new participants. It is a substantially lower cost than its competition.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review I requested for help, nobody replied. Requested Refund, Nobody Replied. Ive sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks and still havn't heard back. Guess i just take the Loss and Hope nobody else has to deal with this shitty service

    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review The text service is very easy to use and the customer support is quick and responsive. I was trying to send links and it was functioning properly. They were quick to make it right and looked into alternative solutions.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review It always has issues, and the customer shrive team is the worst that I have ever dealt with. The past few mass messages I have sent out show 100% delivered but did not actually send out. Auto replies are always down and customer service refuses to acknowledge. I hate leaving bad reviews, but now I have no choice.

    + PROS: Most helpful: Positive Review The fast and easy to use web interface makes short work of sending 100's of text messages. Managing the users is simple, quick, and intuitive. Each text can be unique or use the self created auto messages to send quick to the point instructions. We have used Textedly to announce our down systems, system maintenance, special HR programs events, and those time pertinent reminders.
    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review only did one campaign, and I never received any of my responses. I was personally on the campaign, received a text and then responded to it, just to test it out, and the responses never went in my inbox. I chatted back and forth with the reps for about 10 days trying to find a resolution.

    - CONS: Most helpful: Negative Review Failure to respond. 2 weeks of near-daily inquiries to their Chat, Email and live phone number. All of my queries are ignored. All communication from my end has been professional and respectful. I am simply trying to gather info on what we could salvage due to 'Carrier dropped'.
